TRIUMVIRATE (7) showed good early dash last start and held on well to finish a neck back in second over 6½f at Wodonga. Finds a tougher race but a big run is on the cards. JENNI BASSETT (12) is fresh from a lay-off of five-and-a-half months and did hit the frame when last resuming at this track over 7f43yards. In a different yard now. Will be forward for this after a recent trial win at Pakenham. Has found a suitable race and can take this out. KING MAYWIN (5) pushed forward from a wide draw when resuming last start and found a position close to the lead before sticking on well to finish third over 6½f at this track. Meets some better types this time but a big run will not surprise. ENCHANTED LASS (8) progressed nicely last start to finish a close second over 7f at Pakenham after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Finds a suitable race and can find the winner's circle.
