STEEL JIMMY (1) has been out of the placings in two runs since a break, the latest when fourth, beaten 1.5 lengths, over 5½f at Stawell. Cherry-ripe now and can find winning form this time. EXPLOSIVE THINKER (2) drifted well back last start before winding up strongly to just miss when third over 6f at Cranbourne. A repeat of the latest effort will see him in the finish again. HOLY TYCOON (7) was a winner over 5f at Yarra Valley last time out, dropping out early before coming home with a powerful run to score by one length. One of the main contenders. FRANCINE (6) didn't fire over 5f152yards at this track last time out when in the market. That followed a good third the run before. Finds a nice race and can bounce back.
