ARIAT (5) showed good early speed and raced on the pace last start before fading to finish seventh, beaten 5 lengths, over 1m at Eagle Farm. Rates highly and expected to go well. SAVAII (7) finished fourth last start over 7f at Goulburn after racing on the pace for much of the way. Will be on the speed in transit and is expected to take some running down. NOVEMBER AIR (9) finished ninth two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 7f at Sunshine Coast, beaten 1. 3 lengths. Won't find this as tough so she is likely to play a big role. VICTORY COMMAND (3) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m1f at Eagle Farm, beaten 5 lengths into seventh. Suitably placed so can turn things around.
