THE MEDIATOR (6) finished 11th two runs back at Gundagai then improved last time out to score by 1.5 lengths after being in the firing line on the bend over 6f190yards at Cowra. Meeting a tougher field but on his best form he is capable of another big performance. TOONGI BOUND (7) showed good early dash and led throughout to score by a neck last time out over 7f at Warren. In the mix. SAPPHIRES SON (10) was beaten 7 lengths into sixth in a 6f87yards contest at Canberra Acton three-and-a-half weeks ago. Has his share of ability and is a top-three prospect.
