DANCING TROFFEA (11) finished out of the money two starts back then she was never in contention and was beaten 2 lengths when fourth in a 5f76yards contest at Chinchilla five weeks ago. Meets some better types this time but a big run will not surprise. PENROD (5) is yet to break through in eight runs. Finished fifth at his last appearance over 5¼f at Rockhampton on January 8. Well placed on this occasion and gets his chance to break the ice. SHEMAKESMENERVOUS (12) is going well with four minor placings from six starts this campaign. Continued the trend last time out when third over 5¼f at Rockhampton. Will enjoy the drop in grade so she is one of the main contenders. BUSH BATTLE (3) was a long way back last start but hit the line well to finish fourth, beaten 3. 5 lengths, over 6f at Rockhampton. Among the chances and will be tough to stop.
