DAMA ROYALE (11) recorded another minor placing last time out, finishing 1. 4 lengths away in third over 6f at Ballarat. Likely improver with strong prospects. VORONYA (10) has been in the betting at both starts but hasn't managed to break through. Most recently finished fifth over 5½f at Kilmore, beaten 3 lengths. Among the leading chances on his best figures. CRIES AND WHISPERS (3) was solid on debut last start when beaten 7 lengths into sixth over 5½f at Werribee on February 17. Don't underestimate. DARK GALAXY (4) has not raced since his debut back on July 20 when he finished ninth over 6f at Seymour. Will take a lot from that last run and is worth following up.
