WONDERING SPIRIT (4) missed the placings when resuming two runs back then didn't feature last start when 9 lengths away in fifth over 1m at Caulfield Heath. Finds a more suitable contest and can take this out. IL CIELO (2) kept coming but just failed to pick up the winner as favourite last start over 1m at Werribee. This looks a sterner test than last time but on his best form he is one of the chief contenders. LANE CHANGER (9) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m3/4f at Sale, beaten 2. 75 lengths into fourth. Finds a nice race and can play a significant role. ERAANTYVA (8) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 6f at Ballarat, beaten 5. 5 lengths. Strips fitter and can figure in the finish.
