Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. IRISH CONSORT (1) has been out of the placings in two runs since a break, the latest when fifth, beaten 1.1 lengths, over 5f at Tatura after he was in contention on the turn. Cherry-ripe now and is a key runner. AUCKLAND (8) is experiencing a long win drought, extended last start when sixth over 6f at Ballarat Synthetic after being prominent at the turn. Nicely placed to turn things around. FIRST DIVISION (15) turned in a decent effort last start to finish second over 5f at Tatura. Finds a suitable race and can build on that solid recent effort.
