COOL MOON (7) missed the frame when resuming last start over 5½f at Gold Coast but wasn't all that far from the winner. Usually performs well with that run under her belt. Takes on a tougher assignment but is among the leading chances. QUICKZOU (4) showed good early dash and raced on the speed at the first run back from a break last start before fading to finish 2. 5 lengths back in fifth over 5½f at Gold Coast. Will be handy in the run and should prove hard to run down. CONFORMITY (6) produced a nice effort on debut in better company last start over 5f at Ballina when third, beaten a nose. Likely improver so she is a strong chance. RECONCILIATE (12) finished 9 lengths away in 17th at her last appearance over 7f at Gold Coast on January 10 after she gave away a big start. Likely to be thereabouts.
