MACHRIMORE (9) turned in a nice run when fresh from a lay-off two starts back at Beaumont (Newcastle) then missed the placings last time when 5 lengths from the winner in 11th over 7f at Gold Coast. Fitter and well-placed to turn things around. HERMIONE PRANCER (14) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start when she got a long way back over 6½f at Newcastle, beaten 5 lengths into seventh. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. PROPHET OF DESTINY (2) showed good early speed last start on debut and fought on well to hold second, beaten 0. 9 lengths, over 6f at Gold Coast. One of the main contenders. TAM NA GHAR (8) was on debut last time out and did her best work late to finish third, beaten 2 lengths over 6f at Sunshine Coast. Has upside and worth plenty of thought over the longer journey.
