ZOOLOGY (9) worked home well and finished 4.5 lengths from the winner in fifth last start over 7f at Canberra, an improvement on his eighth at Randwick the run before. Won't find this as tough so he is one of the main contenders. BOOM SHOT (6) finished out of the money two starts back then he settled well back and was beaten 2.25 lengths when fifth over 6f at Doomben two-and-a-half weeks ago. Meeting a tougher field but on his best form he is right in contention. FLYWHEEL (18) found one marginally better last start over 6¾f at Ipswich after being prominent throughout. Finds a tougher race but a big run is on the cards. RUNWITHTHETIDE (8) stuck on well last start to finish third over 6f at Doomben after showing good early speed. Steps up a level but he is capable of running another bold race.
