Group 2 placegetter RAZORS (3) has recently been thereabouts without winning, the latest effort a eighth over 6¾f at Doomben. Takes on tougher opposition this time but he is likely to feature. GERIATRIX (9) made it back-to-back wins when successful last start over 7f at this track, getting home by half a length. Taking on a better field but he is good enough to figure in the finish. INVINCIBLE SPY (6) is coming off a determined win last start over 1m1f at Randwick three weeks ago. Gets some weight relief this time so another bold run looks likely. PORT LOCKROY (8) took advantage of the good draw and raced on the pace last start before tiring to finish seventh, beaten 3.5 lengths, over 1m2f in the G3 Rough Habit Plate at Doomben. Solid top-three prospects.
