RASPUTINA (7) finished third two runs back at Wycheproof then improved last time out to score by 4 lengths over 1m2f at Mildura. Christine Puls scored on her last time and retains the mount. Stepping up a level this time but on current form she is capable of another big performance. PROPRIETARY (3) drifted well back and failed to finish it off last start when tenth, beaten 6 lengths, over 6½f at Swan Hill. Won't find this as tough so he is perfectly placed to score. AMERICAN GAS (2) made progress last time out, finishing 2 lengths from the winner in third at the end of 1m2f at Mortlake. Likely improver with strong prospects. MUMMSIE (11) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m1f at Wycheproof, beaten 3 lengths into sixth. Suitably placed so can turn things around.
