DIANA'S AFFAIR (4) had been in sparkling form winning two races on end but missed the frame most recently when eighth over 1m2f at this track. Commendable record at this trip with a win and three minor placings and should be in the finish. NATIONAL CHOICE (1) lifted strongly but just failed to pick up the winner last start over 6¾f at this track. Ready to go one better. SPORTING CHANCE (2) missed the frame when resuming last start over 1m at this track but wasn't all that far from the winner. Usually performs well with that run under his belt. Can go on with it. WONDERLAND STAR (9) was far from disgraced when fourth last start over 7f at Grafton. That followed a win at Murwillumbah the start prior. Best figures measure up so deserves another chance.
