SPRING BEAN (3) resumed over 6¾f at this track last start and was too good for his rivals, scoring by 2.5 lengths. Open to plenty of improvement and looks a big threat to the top selection. LI'L HAIL MARY (6) is experiencing a long win drought, extended last start when seventh over 6f21yards at Launceston. Goes up a rung or two but she is good enough to take this out.
