Meeting a deeper field this time but he cannot be underestimated. RESEMBLANCE (5) built on a nice third two starts back at Santa Anita (Dirt) with a win as public elect over 1m at Los Alamitos (Dirt) four weeks ago, getting home by one length. Tiago Josue Pereira scored on him last time and retains the mount. Going up a level this time but he has the ability to mix it with them. AMERICAN EMPIRE (2) hasn't been able to break through for an extended period, the latest effort a seventh over 1m at Los Alamitos (Dirt). Finds a tougher race but a big run will not surprise.
