CINQUE TORRI (4) was returning from a break last time out and proved too classy, scoring by 2.5 lengths over 6f at this track. Fitter for that last hitout and looks sure to run well again. Can make it back-to-back wins. AWASH (6) resumes from a lay-off of three-and-a-half months and is having his first outing under new trainer Gary Clarke. Finished seventh at Randwick over 7f at the opening run last time in work. Rates highly so expect him to be prominent. FLASH FLOOD (2) is a seven-year-old gelding who is having his first run for the Gary Clarke barn. Hasn't raced since finishing fourth in the LR C S Hayes Memorial Cup at Morphettville three-and-a-half months ago. Hasn't trialled publicly but has filled a minor placing four times from six runs when resuming. Should feature in the finish. CONVINCEBILITY (9) finished third last time over 6f at this track when resuming from a lay-off, beaten 4 lengths. Stepping up a level this time but on his best form he is one of the key runners.
