YEAH COPY (6) did well to score at this track two runs ago. Decent effort last time out when in the firing line on the corner before finishing seventh over 6½f at Sunshine Coast, beaten 1.75 lengths. Has the talent to take this out. LA MANO (9) was ridden quietly then picked up fairly well in the straight and finished 2.5 lengths away in sixth last time out over 6f at Kilcoy two weeks ago. Tackles a longer journey this time. Shania Willis has won when aboard in the past and gets the ride again. Best form puts her right in this. WAYDIE (7) has been hard to follow recently, last time out finishing sixth over 6½f at Armidale. Will be handy despite the tricky draw. One of the main contenders. TAKARA STAR (8) hasn't been too far away of late, the latest effort a fourth, beaten 1.3 lengths, at Kilcoy over 6f. Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Can feature in the finish.
