TOY DANDY (10) resumed two weeks ago over 7f at Rockhampton and was only beaten 0.9 lengths into fifth. Strips fitter and can make amends. MAEVE (8) has been racing in great heart with two top-three finishes on end, the latest a third over 7f at Warialda. Has the talent to take care of this field. DEL TITO (1) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 6½f at Toowoomba, beaten 6 lengths after being in the firing line on the corner. Beautifully placed and is sure to be there at the finish. KANSAS SUN (4) is close to breaking through after three consecutive placings, the latest coming when second over 7f at Warialda. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well.
