BELLABAMA (9) made considerable ground in the run home to finish second last start over 7f at this track. Expected to be in the finish again. ROCK CATCHER (11) ran on strongly only to just miss as favourite last start over 1m1/2f at Awapuni Synthetic. Should be near her peak for this. Goes up a rung or two but she is good enough to take this out. HAKUSAN (14) has not raced since his debut on March 25 over 7f at Sandown-Lakeside when he finished seventh, beaten 6 lengths. Open to improvement and can feature. DUKE OF OMAN (5) turned in a nice run last time to finish second over 6f at Moe. Has his share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race.
