OTTOLENGHI (11) returned last time with a solid second at Pakenham over 7f after being in the firing line on the corner. Facing a tougher assignment but she is good enough to take this out. PERFECT NIGHT (12) resumed two-and-a-half weeks ago over 6½f at Sandown-Hillside and was only beaten 1. 4 lengths into fourth. Nicely placed to feature in the finish. ANGLING ANGEL (7) stepped out for her debut over 7f at Sale back on October 26 and finished fourth, beaten 2. 25 lengths. Top-three chance with that run under her belt. CADILLAC SAM (1) turned in an encouraging run when resuming, settling well back then winding up nicely to finish fifth over 7f at Pakenham. Solid top-three hope.
