SHINJINA (5) tackled city class latest when fourth at Caulfield Heath, finishing 2. 5 lengths from the winner. Will appreciate a drop in grade. Bold showing expected. FROSTNIP (2) raced on the speed last start and battled on well but found one better over 5f at this track. Yet to find winning form this prep but has been thereabouts with two placings from three starts. Leading contender. ODESSA (1) is back after a break of five months. Started the last campaign impressively when in the placings over 5¾f at Geelong. Has to be respected. HEADBANGER (3) showed good early dash and led for most of the way before fading to finish 5 lengths away in fifth over 5½f at Flemington. Winning rider Jordan Childs stays aboard. Not to be discounted.
