AFFIRMATIVE SMILE (7) was well in commission on her debut over 5½f at Bendigo two-and-a-half weeks ago and finished sixth, beaten 2.75 lengths. Capable of sharp improvement. IMMERSE (9) went forward over 5½f at Bendigo last time and held on for second. Should be prominent despite the wide draw. Will be hard to run down again.
