Among the leading chances in this company. FLYING ACE (4) boxed on to finish third last start over 6f at Caulfield Heath, beaten a neck. Logan Bates gets the best out of this five-year-old gelding. Enjoys a drop in grade so he is a major player. GREAT GUST (1) missed the frame but not disgraced in town when fifth at Caulfield Heath. Returns to home track this time. Won't find this assignment as tough. Well placed and should be in the finish. TATSU (8) was prominent at the turn and finished third last time over 6f at Moonee Valley when resuming from a lay-off, beaten 4 lengths. Nicely placed to run well again.
