MIXXIT (3) turned in a fine effort to score by 3 lengths at this course and distance last time out to continue his outstanding recent form. Looks well placed so expect another big run. SETTAT (7) ran well despite being friendless in betting last time over 7f131yards at Geelong, finishing third and beaten a head at 20/1. Will drift back but wind up late. One of the leading chances. STEEL IMPACT (11) got off the mark over 1m at Moe last start, scoring by 3.5 lengths. Harder this time but still one to consider. ATTAIN (4) finished second at Moonee Valley two runs back but was less effective last time over 6f at Caulfield Heath, finishing 5 lengths back in 11th. Has his share of ability and can do a lot better.
