WITCH OF NOVEMBER (4) stepped out on her debut over 4½f at Albury two weeks ago and finished fifth, beaten 1.5 lengths. Will improve and looks well placed. SACRED MISTRESS (2) is yet to break through in seven runs. Finished fourth at her last appearance over 7f at Albury on December 14. Looks to be in the right race to play a big role. ASTERN TORCH (5) again failed to feature last start, finishing sixth and beaten 6 lengths over 7f at Albury. Should be poised just off the lead. Sure to be thereabouts.
