Race Tip

NIGHT FIGHTER (13) hit the frame when resuming two runs back at Tamworth but couldn't back it up last start when sixth, beaten 3 lengths, over 6¼f at Newcastle. Faces an easier assignment so he is perfectly placed to score. RELEASE POINT (4) had been in top form scoring two wins on end prior to missing the frame last time out at Canterbury. Coming back in journey. This is far easier. Well placed so expecting a strong run. SHADOW DANE (14) won two runs ago when resuming but couldn't repeat the dose last time when fifth over 6½f at Dubbo. Among the leading players on his best figures. I'M SCARLETT (9) got the prize two runs ago but was less impressive last time out when eighth over 7f at Dubbo, beaten 4. 5 lengths. In the mix.
