SMART SHOT (7) showed little early speed then came with a powerful run to finish second last time out over 7f at Scone. Among the top chances. ANCIENT EGYPT (3) showed little early speed and was always well back last start when seventh, beaten 4.5 lengths, over this journey at Tamworth. Meeting a deeper field this time but he has the ability to mix it with them. INTERVENTIONIST (10) finished third last start over 1m at Tamworth when he made late ground, beaten 1.75 lengths. Facing a tougher assignment but he is good enough to take this out. MEDINAH (4) missed the placings two runs back then did well last start but found a couple better over 7f at Scone, beaten only 1.75 lengths. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well.
