BEEARETEE (7) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a strong race last time out, finishing fourth and beaten only 2. 5 lengths over 1m at this track after being in the firing line on the corner. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. ARCHIE MAXIMUS (2) broke through for his maiden win over 5f196yards at Grafton last time, scoring comfortably. Nicely drawn on the fence and he looks sure to be in the mix. AUSTRALASIA (3) showed little early speed then came with a powerful run to finish second last time out over 7f at this track. Will be running on late again. OUR SPARKY (10) finished third last start at the first run back from a lay-off over 6f65yards at Ballina when she worked home well, beaten 1. 5 lengths. Will benefit from that outing. Nicely placed to run well again.
