NEVADA SMOKE (9) doesn't win very often but ran a nice race last time out over 6¼f at Taree, finishing third and beaten 1.1 lengths after being in the firing line on the turn. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. RUN RORY RUN (5) finished second at Taree two runs back but was less effective last time over 6¼f at Taree, finishing 7 lengths back in sixth. Finds a nice race and can make amends. ALLBERIN (7) was allowed to drift back from a wide draw last time before finding the line strongly to score by a nose over 7f21yards at Grafton. Likely to feature again. GOBBLED (1) was allowed to drift back from an outside draw last time but found the line strongly to finish sixth, beaten 5 lengths, over 7f at Grafton. Has ability and a bold showing is expected.
