YUKAN ROSE (6) was quickly into stride and went on to score by 1. 3 lengths last time out over 5f at longreach. Meeting a tougher field but on her best form she is capable of testing her rivals. SANTORINI SUN (7) was safely held when fourth last time out over 5f at Mt Isa, beaten 5. 5 lengths. That followed a win at this track at the previous outing. Meeting a tougher field but on her best form she is capable of testing her rivals. MR METRICS (1) was unwanted in betting last time but scored by one length over 5f at Townsville. Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Should be involved in the finish. YOUR TOO GOOD (5) has put together back-to-back placings, the latest when a nose away in second over 5½f at Gordonvale. Likely to be about the mark again.
