IMMINENT BOOM (3) recorded a strong maiden win over 4f at Winton last time, getting there by 2. 5 lengths. Looks well placed and he should be in the finish. EXTREMELY FRILLY (6) was below her best last time when eighth over 5f at Bedourie, beaten 10 lengths. It doesn't get any easier but on her best form she is capable of testing her rivals. RED SUTURE (5) improved sharply on his fourth two starts back at this track with success over 6f at Winton three weeks ago, getting home by a long neck. Going up a level this time but he is good enough to play a major role. BAILE FERVOR (1) finished a 3. 5 lengths third on dirt at birdsville in a then followed up with another minor placing on turf at emerald over 6f two-and-a-half weeks ago. Looks a definite top-three contender again.
