CROWN THAT SAINT (7) ran below expectations last time at this track (Dirt), finishing seventh and beaten 3.5 lengths starting at 7/1. Has a solid record at this course and distance, including two wins. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. PERNO (1) finished second two runs back at Finger Lakes (Dirt) then improved last time out to score by 7 lengths over 6½f at this track (Dirt). This looks a sterner test than last time but on current form he is capable of another big performance. MAT MATTERS (2) was beaten 6 lengths into fifth in a 6f contest at Penn National at his latest appearance. No surprise to see him in contention.
