BAROQUE ROAD (14) showed good early dash and led for much of the way over this course and distance last time, eventually fading to finish sixth and beaten 4.5 lengths. Sure to take running down. DANAUSTAR (6) showed good early muster and fought on to finish third last start over 6½f at Rosehill. Beautifully placed and is sure to take a ton of beating. SANDPAPER (15) fought on for third last start over 7f at Sandown-Lakeside, beaten 0.8 lengths to add to some fine recent form. Likely improver with strong prospects.
