KING MAHUTA (2) did a great job to score by 2.5 lengths over this course and distance last start in a much improved run. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. WHO'S YOUR MAMA (1) was in a different class last time, sitting just off the speed before letting down impressively for a 4.5 lengths win at this track over 1m. Will go forward and should be in the finish again. ODIN OMEN (8) hit the frame two starts ago at Northam but ran below par last time when tenth and beaten 5 lengths over 1m at Northam after being in the firing line on the bend. Finds a suitable assignment and can get the job done. ABBOU (7) has been out of the winner's list for a long time, last start finishing fifth at Kalgoorlie over 1m after being up on the pace until straightening. Best figures measure up nicely.
