SATIN AND CASH (4) knuckled down strongly to get within 1. 3 lengths of the winner in second last start over 5f at Gosford when fresh from a lay-off. Settles back early but winds up late. Will prove hard to hold out. Set Weights EET ROSE (5) was well supported on debut last start and turned in a strong effort to finish third over 5f at Nowra. Likely improver who is expected to be in the finish. THE WAY AHEAD (6) finished out of the money two starts back then she settled well back and was beaten 1. 1 lengths when fourth over 4½f at Newcastle two weeks ago. Ideally placed and is sure to prove tough to beat. STAR OF LILY (7) is back from a lay-off of four-and-a-half months. Debuted with a third, beaten 5 lengths, over 5f at this track at her only appearance to date. Best figures read very well.
