VERMICELLA (9) returns after a lay-off of 11 weeks. Started the last campaign in good style when in the placings over 6f at Warwick Farm. Has a strong when resuming record, scoring on two occasions from three starts. Has ability and should be right in the finish. FANGELA (2) has had two runs since a break, the latest a sixth over 5f at Moruya, beaten 3 lengths. MISS EMMA (15) was unplaced two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 7½f at Randwick, beaten 9 lengths into tenth. Suitably placed so can turn things around.
