PENROSE (6) turned in a nice effort last time out at the second run of the campaign and finished just 0. 6 lengths from the winner in third over 4½f at Albury after being in the firing line on the corner. Has the ability to figure prominently. RUN RAYMOND RUN (8) settled well back last time out then found the line strongly to finish 1. 5 lengths away in fourth over 5½f at Nowra. Will drift back but will be getting home hard. EXTRIO (7) is a three-year-old filly who is having her first run for the Luke Pepper yard. Hasn't raced since finishing sixth at Newcastle five months ago. Not seen at the trials but looks well placed. Among the leading chances. SUSPICIOUS TIME (9) resumes from a lay-off of four-and-a-half months. Could only manage to finish fifth at the latest run over 7f65yards at Queanbeyan. Nicely placed and can figure in the finish.
