ELTOROSON (4) gave a great sight last time over 6½f at Moruya when he raced up on the pace and fought on gamely only to be narrowly beaten. Hasn't been far away this time in work with two minor placings from four starts. Expected to be in the finish. STEELY GIRL (11) resumed from a lay-off last start with a sound second over 6f at this track. Nicely placed to play a major role. STURTY (1) returned last time with a solid second at Nowra over 5f. Perfectly placed and is sure to take plenty of stopping. SYDNEY GAL (8) was in the money at Wagga when resuming two runs back then could only manage fifth at Nowra over 7f a week-and-a-half ago. Can sneak into the finish.
