Will play a major role. POWER CRUISE (2) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten one length when fourth in a 7f contest at Townsville two-and-a-half weeks ago. Has his share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race. SPIETH IMPEDIMENT (8) raced on the speed from the outset when resuming last start and finished third, beaten 1. 5 lengths, over 6f at Oak Park. Must raise the bar but a big run will not surprise. PROPER BENDER (6) was out of the money two runs back when fresh from a lay-off then again missed the frame last start over 6f at Ingham, beaten 1. 5 lengths into fourth. Suitably placed so can turn things around.
