VEGAMEISTER (12) was a determined maiden winner last time out, scoring by a head over 5f at Townsville. Sparingly raced and has more to offer. Has a wide gate to overcome but he is sure to go well. BELLA BIANCA (11) has scored at her last two starts, most recently by 1.5 lengths over 5f at Atherton as favourite. That continued the solid form this campaign, with two wins from four runs. Big chance once again. BLOOMIN' RIPPER (5) progressed nicely last time out when she made late ground to finish just a head from the winner in third over 4¾f at this track. Meeting a tougher field but on her best form she is capable of testing her rivals. NAPOLEON STRIKE (2) is putting together some solid results. Finished second at this track two starts back then landed the prize by a nose last time out over 6f at Atherton. Nicely placed to play a pivotal role.
