PETIT EAGLE (10) gave away a considerable start over 7f142yards at Morphettville last time before hitting the line well to finish fourth. Looks suited here and rates a major contender. MATINO (14) finished out of the money when fresh from a lay-off two starts back then he settled well back and was beaten 5.5 lengths when eighth in a 6¾f contest at Strathalbyn three-and-a-half weeks ago. This doesn't look as hard so he is perfectly placed to score. FLAMING EYES (5) has been in the betting recently but has failed to break through. Most recently finished fourth over 1m1/2f at Gawler, beaten 5.5 lengths. Can feature in the finish. FEARLESS BELLA (4) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 6f at Strathalbyn, beaten 16 lengths. Fitter so anticipating a better run this time.
