AURORA RISE (7) finished half a length from the winner in fourth last start over 1m4f at Swan Hill, an improvement on her sixth at Morphettville the run before. Finds a suitable assignment and can find winning form. BRILLANTEZZA (10) was well fancied last start over 1m2f at Wangaratta when fifth, beaten 3. 5 lengths. Takes on a tougher assignment this time but she is right in this. FLASHLIGHT (1) finished ninth two runs back then did well last start but found one better over 1m3f at Donald, beaten only half a length after being in the firing line on the bend. Stepping up a level this time but on his best form he is one of the key runners. WHAT A CROSS (9) finished fifth over 1m4 3/4f at Morphettville at his most recent appearance on April 11. One to consider.
