MOSAMOUR (10) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 14 lengths when fifth in a 1m contest at this track three weeks ago after being in the firing line on the bend. Nicely placed to take this out. BUDJIK BOY (6) is on a 10-day back-up after finishing in the money over 1m at this track. Tricky draw to overcome but is worth following up. THE PRINTER (5) was in the firing line on the bend and ran a better race last start to finish a close third over 1m2 1/2f at Ballarat Synthetic after missing the placings at the previous appearance. It doesn't get any easier but on his best form he is one of the chief contenders. FISHERMAN'S BEACH (7) has been in the market at his last couple of starts but hasn't made an impression, last start finishing eighth over 1m4 1/2f at Moonee Valley. Well-placed and can sneak into the finish.
