FUWARI (10) made considerable ground in the run home to finish second last start over 1m2f at Cranbourne. Will be hard to hold out again. RANG A ROUND UP (7) raced on the speed last start and battled on well but found one better over 1m3f at Sale. Going well enough to take this out. GAUTHIER (3) failed to make an impression last time out, settling well back and finishing 11th over 1m2 1/2f at Ballarat Synthetic. Looks well placed and a bold showing is expected. THREE REEL ROSES (11) progressed nicely last start to finish a close second over 1m5f at Ballarat after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Has her share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race.
