FEARLESS MONARCH (3) finished third, beaten 1.2 lengths, when resuming from a lay-off last start over 6f at Moe. Going up a level this time but she deserves her chance. MISS CASTELVECCHIO (10) is back after a break of four-and-a-half months. At the last run before the layoff she finished fourth over 7f at Pakenham. Should be forward enough following two recent trials. Rates highly on best figures and should be right in this. TRIPLE OH (14) returns after five months in the paddock. Closed the last campaign with a eighth over 1m at Camperdown. Placed in a recent trial. Rates highly on best form and a bright return wouldn't surprise.
