IL CUBO (2) knuckled down strongly to get within a long neck of the winner in second last start over 6f at Pakenham when coming back from a lay-off. Can go on with it. SECOND FIX (11) showed good early muster and fought on to finish third when resuming last start over 6f at Mornington. Will be handy in running despite the tricky draw. Perfectly placed and is sure to give this a mighty shake. STELLAR MOFEED (13) is ticking along okay with two runs this time in. Improved last time out when second, beaten 0.8 lengths, at Geelong over 5f136yards. Among the leading chances. TI TREE LAD (15) wound up strongly last time out to finish a nose adrift in second over 6f at Cranbourne when resuming after a break. Has a good association with John Allen with a run of four top-three results. Strips fitter and deserves respect.
