Meets some better types this time but a win is not out of the question. DON'TDOUBTLAYLA (2) returned from a break last start with a moderate eighth over 6f at Sandown-Lakeside after giving away a big start. Perfectly placed and is sure to prove tough to beat. SOUTHERN FIRE (5) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 5f at Sandown-Hillside, beaten 5 lengths. Has a solid second up record. Strips fitter and can figure prominently. THINKING RAIN (8) has not appeared since she finished fourth over 1m at Pakenham on March 7. Among the better hopes.
