SLANE (1) wasn't far away last time out, finishing third over 7f at Pakenham. Won't be bothered by this longer journey. Ideally placed to take this out. FOX APPEAL (3) found the line nicely last start to get up for third over 1m at Wagga. Goes well at this trip, recording four minor placings and is sure to play a big role. MR SAXABEAT (2) finished sixth two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 7½f at Ballarat, beaten only 1.3 lengths. Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake. ARACHIDI (5) improved last start to finish third over 1m at Seymour. Capable of featuring prominently.
