SCRIPT WRITER (4) ran another good race last time when third over 6f at Toowoomba, beaten 2.5 lengths. Looks ready to show his best over the longer journey. GOOGAZ (1) didn't make an impact at his last run before going for a lay-off on 8/03/2025, finishing sixth and beaten 10 lengths over 1m2 3/4f at Toowoomba. Excellent record here having never missed the placings in four starts, including two wins and two placings. Strong chance to kick the campaign off on the right note. WHISTLING SPIRIT (6) finished third at Ipswich two runs back but didn't measure up last time over 1m1f at Sunshine Coast, finishing 4.5 lengths back in eighth after being in the firing line on the bend. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. MOET AT MIDNIGHT (15) improved last start to finish third over 6f at Murwillumbah. No surprise to see him in the frame.
